Can I sign up for a Billables account using a personal email account?

Unfortunately, no. You must have an email with a business domain to create a Billables account. For example, John_Smith@gmail.com would not work for creating a Billables AI, but John_Smith@DogLaw.com is an option. 

What are examples of 'personal' email domains that do not work with Billables AI?

Any emails ending in @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or @outlook.com.
