Admin Integration Set Up
Admins who serve as systems administrators and possess company-level administrative privileges in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Zoom should use the following process to enable Billables AI integrations for the organization.

Microsoft 365 Mail/Calendar Instructions
Important: This integration will only enable permissions for Billables AI to capture Mail and Calendar activity. For Document activity, please proceed to Microsoft Docs.
Enable delegated permissions: Visit this the integrations page from your Billables AI dashboard. Click on the Authorize text, illustrated below.

This will load your administration controls. Log in with your company account and click "Accept when prompted:

Please Accept required permissions. These permissions are necessary in order to collect activity data to be processed by Billables AI into actionable time entries. 
Microsoft Docs Add-In Instructions
To enable Billables AI to capture document activity within Microsoft 365 applications such as Word and Excel, administrators must deploy the Microsoft Docs Add-In. This add-in facilitates secure and compliant monitoring of document activity, ensuring that time entries reflect a comprehensive record of professional work.

- Navigate to Integrated Apps page in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and login as the admin account.
- Select "Upload custom apps," see below:

Select "Provide link to manifest file" and copy/paste the appropriate link below, then select Validate:

Global (account login at https://app.billables.ai): https://static.billables.ai/word-add-in/1.3.4/manifest.xml
- EU/UK (account login at https://app.eu.billables.ai for EU data residency requirements): https://static.billables.ai/word-add-in-eu/1.3.4/manifest.xml

Select which users to install the Add-In for:

For organizations planning to onboard most firm members, we recommend selecting 'entire organization.' This approach streamlines deployment by eliminating the need to repeat the installation process for future users.

If you prefer to make Billables AI available only to specific users or groups, you can designate the intended individuals or teams during Add-In installation.

Click “Accept Permissions”:

Once the permissions are accepted, click Next:

Click Finish Deployment:

Microsoft Teams
Navigate to the Integrations page of your Billables AI account and click the Authorize icon on the right hand size.

Proceed with instructions as prompted.
Zoom Instructions
To enable organization-wide Zoom integrations, your company or firm must have an active enterprise Zoom license.
Individual users holding a Zoom Pro or higher subscription may connect their personal accounts for individual use.
Navigate to the Integrations page of your Billables AI account and click the Authorize icon on the right hand size.

Proceed with instructions as prompted.
