Adobe Acrobat
Timekeepers can track their activity on Adobe or any other PDF application by following the steps below.
1) Visit the Integrations page and find the Billables AI Desktop App section and click "Download" to install the Billables AI Desktop App. The Desktop app allows you to integrate with Adobe.

2) Once the Billables AI Desktop App is downloaded, you will be promoted to sign into your Billables account. Once you click "sign in," you will be redirected to your browser. Sign in and allow Billables AI to access your email and basic profile information.

3) Once you've logged into your Billables AI Desktop App, please turn on the "Screen Monitoring" (Application Capture) option.
4) In the search bar, type "Adobe."
Note: The search bar may auto populate Adobe if Adobe is opened behind the Billables AI Desktop App window.

5) The end result will allow visibility into the "last activity" recorded in Adobe as seen below the "Remove" button.
Note: If Adobe is not your PDF application, you may add the other application(s) following these same steps by typing that application name in the "search for applications" bar.

6) Optional / Alternative - For firms that have discussed utilizing the Adobe Macro instead of Application Capture (the above workflow), please integrate Adobe by clicking "Install" next to the Adobe Add-In.
Note: Installing the Macro works best if Adobe is not running in the background.
