How does Billables AI know what client matter I’m working on?
Billables AI predicts your client and matter match for your work based on the content and context of your work activity. For example, it may infer a client matter based on the subject of an email, correspondents on a thread, content of a doc or file folder path of a document. Billables AI never stores the content itself.
Billables AI won’t always get the client matter right, but it gets better based on input. If an entry is incorrectly classified, you should edit the entry to reflect the correct client matter. Billables AI will learn by association and get better at matchmaking the client matter over time!
