Google Mail & Calendar

Connect your Google Mail and Calendar to automatically capture activity and keep your time entries complete and up to date.

 
If your firm uses Google Mail and Calendar, this guide walks you through integrating these services with Billables AI making it easy to capture your activity and automatically generate complete, detailed time entries.

  1. 1. To begin, select the link icon on the left navigation bar, highlighted in orange below, to open the Integrations page. In Workflow Integrations, locate the Mail & Calendar section and click the enable icons to activate your integration.

  2. You will be prompted to sign in with your Google account and authorize the necessary permissions to proceed with the integration. When prompted, please ensure both of the following options are selected before clicking Continue.

    For Gmail: 
    1. "I want to allow Billables AI ongoing access to the Google account data I'm sharing today."
    2. "View your email messages and settings
    For Google Calendar
    1. Press continue

Once setup is complete, Mail and Calendar data will begin appearing in your Billables AI dashboard, refreshed hourly. This ensures your timekeeping is always current and that every relevant client interaction or calendar event is accurately captured for billing helping your firm maximize billable hours while minimizing manual oversight!
