Microsoft 365

Outlook Mail & Calendar, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive

Not a Sharepoint user? You should still integrate Microsoft 365 to capture most activity, but we also suggest installing the Microsoft Docs Billables Add-In to capture activity relating to Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

  • In some cases, permissions already exist such that users can Enable Email, Calendar and Docs without special action from IT.

  • In many cases, users will need an IT administrator to enable access at the org level. By setting up access at the org level, administrators can give permissions for each member to enable the integrations they choose (email, calendar, docs, etc.)

Getting Started

Once your IT Admin has enabled org-level permissions, you can go to the Integrations page to pick and choose what you want to Enable for your Billables account:

Here’s a bit more about enabling each integration:

  • Email: Capture sent, drafted and read emails through outlook

  • Calendar: Capture all meetings scheduled in calendar

  • Calls: All Teams Calls including video/audio calls and teams meetings with video/audio

  • Docs: Any doc activity occurring on Sharepoint and/or OneDrive, with detailed doc activity captured for Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

FAQs

Will Billables be able to track my activity on all devices?

Yes, any activity when logged into Microsoft 365 will be tracked, including mobile and tablet.

Do you support personal Microsoft accounts?
