Updating Billing Rate Information in MyCase
If you’re using MyCase rate plans, please note that billing rates are currently not syncing to Billables AI. This is a known issue on MyCase’s end, and we’re actively monitoring for updates from their team. In the meantime, your time entries will still sync correctly, but rates may need to be reviewed or entered manually.
Update Billing Structure for a Case

Go to the Cases tab in MyCase and click on the Case you want to edit:

Click on the Time & Billing tab for that case:

Scroll down to the Case Billing Information Section and click "Edit":

Select the billing rate of your choice and click "Update Billing":
