Zoom Integration (IT Admins)

This integration is set up as an Account Level App with Zoom in order to view all scheduled and instant meetings that users in the account have hosted or joined. The integration will also be able to view Zoom Phone calls for all users in the account.

Only individual Billables users who have opted in to Zoom on the integration page will have billable entries created for them in their dashboard. For each individual Billables user who has opted in to Zoom tracking, only the Zoom meetings and calls that they participated in will appear in their dashboard.

The integration will only view meetings and calls data, it does not have access to edit any of your account or user data.

Get started:

  1. IT admins need to install the integration on behalf of members of the org. See below.

  2. Each user will need to activate the integration on their integrations page. See more.

⚠️ Individual users won’t be able to enable the user managed Zoom App until the account managed app is approved and added by the IT Admin for their account.

[IT Admins] Installation Instructions

Systems administrators can use the following instructions to grant access to company employees for the Billables AI Zoom integration. You must have administrative access to Zoom for your company in order to enact these changes. For more information about Billables AI privacy and protection, see our Security Overview.

  1. If you have not already received a custom login link, reach out to us to create a custom login link here.

    1. Please include the email address domain of the company you are setting up the integration for here.

  2. Once we receive your request, we will create a custom link and send it to you.

  3. Click the link to go to this page. Make sure you are signed into the correct account and then click Allow .

[IT Admins] Removal Instructions

Go to the Zoom App Marketplace to the Added Apps tab. Click the Remove button next to the Billables-Admin app. Once this button is clicked, the zoom integration will be disabled for all users on the account and we will no longer generate billable records for Zoom activity.
