Learn which Microsoft account types are required for Billables AI integrations using the Office Add-in.
The information below outlines the Microsoft license types that are compatible with the Billables AI Office Add-in. If your account is not supported, you can use the Desktop App to monitor activity in Word, Excel, and other selected applications instead.
Billables AI is compatible with Business account types including:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
- Microsoft 365 Apps for Business
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise
- Microsoft 365 GCC (Government Community Cloud)
Billables AI is not currently compatible with Personal account types, including:
- Microsoft 365 Personal
- Microsoft 365 Family
- Microsoft 365 Premium
