Microsoft Teams Setup

Learn how to set up Microsoft Teams for your organization to capture Teams video conference and Phone activity.

The Microsoft Teams integration requires two steps:

  1. A Microsoft Admin must authorize permission for the organization. This can be done on the Integrations page in the Admin section.
  2. Each user must enable their individual integrations to connect their own Teams account. 

 

How It Works

The Microsoft Teams integration will capture all video calls and VOIP phone calls. The user must be logged into their Teams account when joining calls. 

The Teams integration does not currently include Teams Chat.
