Uninstall the Microsoft Docs Add-in through the App Store

Learn how to remove the Add-in from Word, Excel and PowerPoint if it was originally installed through the Microsoft App Store.

The following instructions only apply if the Add-in was originally installed individually through the Microsoft App Store.

If you or your IT admin deployed the Add-in via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, see the instructions here to uninstall.

Uninstall the Microsoft Add-in through the App Store

  1. Open Microsoft Word
  2. In the top menu bar, click on Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins
  3. Find Billables AI
  4. Click Remove
